Canareef Resort Maldives is a beachfront villa resort on the southernmost Addu (Seenu) Atoll, a recently declared UNESCO biosphere reserve, reached via a 10-minute speedboat ride from Gan International Airport.
Set across a 58-hectare stretch of coastline on Addu Atoll, Canareef Resort's detached wooden bungalows each offer private beach access. The surrounding waters are home to playful dolphins — Spinners, Bottle-Nosed dolphins, and Pilot whales — while the resort's Diverland/Werner Lau dive centre gives access to over 25 dive sites across the atoll's four natural channels, including Manta Point, Tiger Shark Point, the WWII-era 'British Loyalty' shipwreck, and the vast 'Bodu Hoholha' underwater cave.
