We act as an intermediary between you and resorts, airlines, and other suppliers. Final travel services are subject to the terms and conditions of each supplier.

Quotes and Bookings

  • Quotes and availability shared on our website, by email, or through our team are subject to confirmation and may change until a booking is confirmed in writing.
  • A booking is confirmed only after we receive any required deposit or payment and issue written confirmation.
  • Prices are typically quoted in USD unless otherwise stated and may exclude taxes, service charges, or fees payable directly to resorts or authorities.
  • You are responsible for providing accurate traveler names, dates, passport details, and special requirements at the time of booking.

Payments

Payment terms, deposit amounts, and due dates will be communicated at the time of booking. Failure to pay by the agreed deadline may result in cancellation of your reservation and forfeiture of deposits, in line with supplier policies.

Cancellations and Changes

Cancellation and modification policies vary by resort, package, and promotional offer. The applicable policy will be provided before you confirm your booking. We will assist with change requests where possible, but refunds or credits depend on supplier rules and any non-refundable portions of your booking.

Travel Documents and Requirements

You are responsible for valid passports, visas, travel insurance, health requirements, and compliance with Maldives immigration and resort policies. We are not liable for denied entry or travel disruption caused by incomplete documentation or failure to meet entry requirements.
