A genuine two-person submarine — Ocean Pearl, engineered by SEAmagine Hydrospace Corporation — for a 45-minute dive into coral reefs and marine wonders most guests never see, in a real submersible rather than a snorkel or scuba mask.
The Experience
Run in partnership with Dive Butler International, the experience descends well below normal diving depth for an unhurried look at coral formations and reef life through the sub's viewing dome. Patina is also home to the Maldives' first submarine pilot training facility, run with the same Dive Butler partnership.
